Im not sure who knows about this yet, but at disneyland they changed tom sawyers Island to Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyers Island. It was alot of fun because i havnt been over there in ages. They had a show that goes once an hour, and a place to meet Captian Jack Sparrow (which the one they had didnt look like him … im not bitter or anything lol). Also there is a huge ship wreck and a few things it looks like they are adding. Here are a few pictures of it. Be sure to click on the pictures to make them bigger.
I’m sorry if you guys are getting tired of this but…I’m 99% done with my costume upgrades for the time being. I’m sorry if I have been boring you with all the details. I’m officially going to be the Jack Sparrow at the Regal Theater on Limonite at the Spectrum! I will be there at 6 pm on. So if you wanna say ‘hi’ come on by! lol that rhymed.

Once again…its time for Finals. Ugh! Worst week of the 2 times year that it happens. At least i get a good laugh at things at school. Heres a sign that says open 24 hours for finals…yet they are closed at 2-3 AM! Why dont they just say open 23 hours? Wouldn’t that make more sense? *Shrug*

I have begun to update my costume for the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean Movie! Yeah…i dont have to but i think it would be fun. So My first project is the Captian Jack Sparrow Baldrick. Now what is that you ask? Its the belt part of the belt buckle i got a week ago. So heres some pictures of begining Production!
How is it looking?
Well…I was cut. Cut from being Capt Jack Sparrow at Disneyland. I won’t let it stop me from being a pirate though. This is how my audition went.
6:25 AM: Ugh Michelle….do i need to get up?
6:30 AM: Fine, Fine, ill get up.
6:45 AM: Cooking me some Pancakes…YUM!
7:00 AM: Driving to Disneyland.
7:30 AM: Arrive at Disneyland quite excited. Park and find the line to audition. See a person with an expensive Captain Jack Costume on. Tad bit angered because it specifically told us to wear normal clothes.
8:00 AM: Finally the line began to move, and by this time there were about 400 to 500 people to were 80% of them were behind me.
8:30 AM: Our group begins to go in.
8:35 AM: “Whoa we are behind toontown!” We got to see some of the Fantasmic stuff close up, and the workshop for all the rides.
8:40 AM: “Stand in line…if you have the characteristics in your face we are looking for we will tell u to go this way.”
8:45 AM: Go in the ‘we don’t want you’ line.
9:00 AM: *Sad face*…I need a nap.
So basically, I got rejected because I didn’t initially look like anyone. This is pretty lame because I didn’t even get a chance to show them what I could do. The guy that dressed up as Capt Jack, didn’t really look like him at all…yet he was chosen. Is that right?
For the new ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ movie there is a myspace online were you can make your face look like a pirate. So i tryed it out thinking ‘hey it may not be that bad….” oh it sucks. they take your picture and stretch it into a 3D image (which isnt a bad idea just done poorly). Here’s the picture of what it did to mine….ugly lol. My photoshoped one that i did a long time ago is WAY better.
Anywayz…tomorrow im going to be trying out to be Capt Jack Sparrow for Disneyland. Wish me luck~! Ill let you guys know.

So I just got done tearing down our old shed. My Dad has this great idea to get a new shed for the back yard (Sarcastic). lol. So today I go back to see how he is doing and he already had the shed up! *Well that’s a plus* I thought, hoping to get out of some of the work. The old shed we had moved to the side of the yard a few days earlier and somebody was suppose to pick it up. My Dad walks up to me and says, “Josh I want you to take down the old shed.” *What!?!* I thought. “Ok,” I said sadly. So I begin to take this thing apart and my dad leaves to go to a rehearsal. First thing I notice about 15 spiders! Black Widows, others Daddy long legs and others big red ones. Now I HATE spiders, ever since I was a kid and watched ‘Arachnophobia’, I hated spiders. I start taking the shed apart and realize that this thing has at least 300 screws. So I spent the next 3 hours killing spiders with my trusty hammer and unscrewing tons of screws with Michelle. Ugh! So I’m officially freaked out because, spiders are after me! Anyone else hate spiders?

Coffee? No! It Juice it up! I’m falling in love with fruit smoothies (if that’s what they are) it started off with a free one at Jamba Juice, then another because I needed something healthy because I was sick…and now we have had I think the 4th in a week. lol. On the plus side, it’s healthy for you. On the other side, is it something just to spend money on like star bucks? Good or bad? You decide.
So while i was waiting in line for Spider-man 3 i looked over and BAM! I saw it! A life sized version of Silver Surfer. Now being the Geek that i am i ran over and too a picture….but didnt realize that it came out a tad bit blurry. If you get a chance to go to the plaza, check it out! its freaking sick. For those who dont know much about silver surfer heres the new preview for the upcoming movie~!

Today was full of tough choices, tears, love, pain, good council, thinking, compromise, and new beginnings. Geez I need a break from my own emotions. But u know what? At least Im Alive.
